Pull the AR aging summary out of QBO. Reports → Customers and Receivables → A/R Aging Summary. Export as PDF.

Roughly. We use it to size the engagement and confirm the math works for your operation.

Trade and customer mix

What trade you are in (roofing, HVAC, etc) and whether your customers are mostly residential, commercial, or property management.
