Odyssey Apex / Services

Port St. Lucie based · Veteran owned

Better business systems.
Built for the Treasure Coast.

Your team should not have to copy the same information, chase every handoff, or manage the business from scattered messages. Odyssey Apex helps Treasure Coast businesses connect the tools they already use and improve the work between them.

Business systems consulting

Keep what works.
Fix what gets in the way.

Based in Port St. Lucie, Florida, Odyssey Apex serves owners and operating teams across the Treasure Coast. Business systems consulting starts with a real task: a customer inquiry, work order, inventory update, sales handoff, incident record, or financial review. We follow the information and find where the process breaks.

The solution might be a better CRM setup, a connection between existing applications, a shared record, or a clearer procedure. We define the owner, the next action, the exceptions, and a measurable result before building. You do not need to replace every tool to make the business work better.

Projects can be handled remotely with your team and current applications. If an onsite session would help, we confirm the location and availability before agreeing on scope.

Where the work gets stuck

Start with a specific problem.
Not another software subscription.

A service business may have inquiries in its inbox but no consistent owner for the next response. A retailer may sell online while someone manually adjusts the stock record. A property team may need several calls to locate the status of a maintenance request. These are examples of workflows we can review, not claims about a particular local client.

Experience you can examine

A practical background.
Real operating work.

Odyssey Apex was founded by Adam Dinaully, a United States Navy veteran based in Port St. Lucie. His background spans Navy logistics, transportation, customer accounts, and sales operations. The same approach runs through the work: make information reliable, define responsibility, and measure what improves.

Our property management systems work delivered more than $130K in monthly savings for one engagement. Other experience includes pipeline conversion improvements at Skyborne, referral development at Brinks Home, and qualified demo growth at Sense. Those are distinct past projects and employment results, not a promise of the same outcome for every business.

A focused first project

One workflow.
A clear acceptance test.

Bring one recent example, the applications involved, and the person who does the work. We map the current process, identify repeated effort, and choose a baseline such as time per task, response delay, duplicate entry, or record completeness.

A First Fix starts with one workflow and up to two existing applications. Before implementation, the scope identifies what will be connected, what still needs human review, how failures are handled, and what the team will test. Handover includes the owner, the procedure, and a manual fallback.

Common questions

Working with Odyssey Apex.

Do you only work with roofing companies?

No. Systems consulting covers the workflow rather than one industry. Our services include sales, inventory, property operations, records, and transportation. Odyssey Roofing is a separate financial product.

Do we need new software?

Not necessarily. We review the tools you already have, their supported connections, and the process around them before recommending a change.

How do we start?

Send a brief description of one workflow, the tools involved, and where the work stalls. We review that example and agree on scope before implementation.

YOUR TOOLS. YOUR TEAM. LESS REPEATED WORK.
